Showing off their style – Fiesta Movement agents take on world of design for July missions

Missions will take them to places like the workspace of up-and-coming designer Rebecca Turbow, the Essence Festival 2009 and New York City's High Line project to find out all there is to know about style and design. Social media opens up a brave new world for Ford and its new Fiesta program
Interested in gardening? Cooking? Cars? With the click of a mouse and the exploding popularity of social media, people can connect to literally thousands of online sites these days. It's fun, it's easy and it's drawing a brand-new demographic Ford is tapping into with its Fiesta Movement. This marketing program is introducing a new type of consumer to a fun, stylish car that will be coming to the United States in 2011. Zen and the art of Taurus interior design
Sometimes it's good to get rid of clutter. Lon Zaback is a Ford Motor Company designer focused on reducing visual clutter. His most recent work is the interior of the expressively designed 2010 Ford Taurus. From a holistic perspective, if something – anything – is out of place, Zaback quickly gets to the center of it. Sweating the details, from the flowing sculptural interior surfaces through the water droplet pattern on the rubber pad in the center console storage compartment, to the detailed stitching of the door panels, Zaback wants customers to feel at ease inside the new Taurus. more...

Click to clunk – Ford partners with Kelley Blue Book's Cash for Clunkers program
Ford is helping to demystify the new Cash for Clunkers program by partnering with Kelley Blue Book. A new kbb.com Cash for Clunkers Calculator program is designed to assist consumers in determining if their trade-in vehicle is eligible for up to $4,500 toward the purchase of a more fuel-efficient car. Ford is at the forefront of this federal initiative, and is dedicated to providing consumers the information they need. With an impressive lineup of fuel-efficient vehicles, including the Ford Fusion and Mercury Milan Hybrids, the company offers a variety of gas-sipping models for consumers seeking to drive green.
