The Digital Marketing Squad Leader will lead the strategy and execution of digital advertising optimization programs that contribute to continued growth. The position will have primary focus of developing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across display, social, video, paid search and mobile. This position requires a command of the technical aspect of the online advertising space as well as experience managing external agencies. This position also interfaces with IT on the technical platform requirements of digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
Lead implementation of 1:1 communication tools and technology, both current and future, to deliver relevant messaging to audiences including personalized private offer delivery.
Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to develop technology solutions to execute digital campaigns to achieve marketing objectives using advanced technology decisioning powered by machine learning.
Lead digital performance advertising strategy and implementation including campaign development and consistent optimization.
Develop and manage digital and offline advertising campaigns that support both top and bottom of the funnel.
Lead strategic planning and tactical execution, test and vet digital partners, build, manage and optimize campaigns, develop, analyze and communicate performance reports.
Provide strategic insight to develop seasonal, regional and national advertising campaigns.
Act as thought leader in performance marketing and programmatic advertising space for the brand, including maintaining fluency in the most recent best practices.
Oversight and daily management of advertising agencies and other vendor/partners.
Achieve key performance targets and develop and evangelize new programs, capabilities, and technologies.
Actively develop, test, and analyze content, targeting, bidding strategies and landing pages to maximize results, drive volume, meet revenue goals and increase ROI.
Use data to build upon success of program, while operating within specific forecast models.
Perform organic competitor analysis to discover content gaps and opportunities to optimize strategy.
Experience with agency/client relations, either on the agency side or on the client side.
Experience leveraging online and offline marketing channels to drive B2C customer acquisition, lead generation and/or revenue generation.
Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated written, oral, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with web analytics tools
Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing technologies and software, including but not limited to DMP, data on-boarding, bid management, A/B testing, DSPs, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Sales Force, DoubleClick, YouTube Analytics and attribution.

4+ years’ experience display, video, paid search and paid social experience in B2C organization
2+ years supervisory experience

Master degree preferred
