Position Overview/Description:

The Digital Delivery Product Manager for Ford and Lincoln consumers websites is responsible for end to end software delivery of multiple agile software development teams. Further enhance the Next-Gen platform with Digital First and global initiatives.

During the past few years, the position has expanded to take a greater role in the development of the Next-Gen platform. Operating in the partnership agile development teams and Sales and Marketing, this role is critical in the product delivery over a large portfolio ($15M+) of existing and emerging B2C products and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidating consumer websites to the Next-Gen digital experience and platform. (Adobe, Microservices and SAAS capabilities.)
  • Build high performing digital end to end delivery teams based on paired programing standards leveraging various technologies platforms.
  • Delivery end to end capability through CI/CD automation, cloud, zero downtime deployment capabilities.
  • Oversight management of supplier partners quality and deliverables for major new websites and enhancements including the integration
  • Work with product owners to prioritize capability delivery through agile portfolio management.
  • Drive technology adherence to platform to keep best in class website delivery
  • Provides oversight of delivery of multiple functional improvements, technical upgrades, integration or adoption project releases and support production
  • Ensures employment of appropriate Security and Controls compliance, adherence to Finance Manual for IT Programs, EAA Reviews, etc.
  • Provides direction to project teams, including peers, partners and agencies to support and deliver solutions and to seamlessly integrate the programs on the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization.

Job Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of progressive responsibilities in IT
  • 3+ years of delivery management; including software delivery and quality.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Security and Controls and IT-Operations (ORB, JIRA, ticket escalations)

  • Has demonstrated ability to deliver on customer commitments through leadership, rigorous execution, teamwork, strategic planning/scheduling, problem analysis, resolution and productivity improvements.
  • Excellent networking skills and relationship building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • J2EE skills (Ex: Java, WebSphere, E)
  • Experience with Unix/Linux, SQL, Docker, containerization, Chef, Pivotal,
