Job Description
Position Overview/Description:
We are looking for a product development engineer to develop modelling solutions to improve our power supply system design process. This is a dynamic position that involves working closely with electrical engineers across the organization to develop accurate modelling solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop modelling solutions of system level vehicle interactions
  • Use statistical modelling (e.g. Monte Carlo) to predict system performance
  • Work with electrical feature owners to ensure model inputs are accurate and thorough
  • Leverage real world statistical data to validate models

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
  • 1+ years of experience using Matlab/Simulink
  • 1+ years of experience using statistical methods and statistical software program (e.g. Minitab)
  • 1+ years of experience with systems engineering fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred 2+ years experience using Matlab/Simulink and Statistical Methods
  • Strong teamwork mindset
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with connected vehicle technology
