The Global Data Insight and Analytics (GDIA) IT Portfolio includes the IT applications, tools and infrastructure that support the enterprise-wide GDIA analytics data strategy and governance. The Global Data Insight and Analytics (GDIA IT) Process, Visualize and Decide (PVD) IT Portfolio includes the IT tools and infrastructure that support the enterprise-wide GDIA IT analytics data strategy and governance. The PVD Balanced Product team provides full-lifecycle support to GDIA teams and participate in all tool/infrastructure lifecycle phases. Responsibilities:
Installing, configuring and supporting hardware and system/application software, and is interested in working with a portfolio of cutting edge tools.
Work closely with multiple organizations (Business Customers, Product Owners, GDIA IT, IT) to convert business goals into product requirements
Provide input on technical requirements for the product backlog.
Coordinate with managing a product roadmap.
Ensure that incidents, problems and change processes are followed and implement improvements as required.
Oversee tool deployments and provide input on how deployments should be completed to meet business need based on requirements.
Work with Architects and Security Controls Champion on solution design.
Develop and maintain, accurate documentation
Perform SCRP process
Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ Years of experience with Windows Servers and VMs
5+ Years of experience in IT
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently
Motivated and self-starter
The desire to learn about Alteryx
Knowledge of Windows server and Windows Active Directory
Experience with VM servers
Ability to communicate effectively with business users and IT professionals; the ability to adjust communications appropriately for the audience; work with all levels of management and diverse work groups
Knowledge of the IT Operating Model / IT Service Management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
