Leadership Programs for Latinas
The National Hispana Leadership Institute's (NHLI) mission focuses on developing the leadership skills of women in the Latino community. This mission is accomplished through training and professional networking.
NHLI's programs include leadership workshops and conferences. We sponsor NHLI and its Latina Empowerment Conference as part of our contributions to the success of Latinas.
The conference focuses on leadership development of Latinas, and also provides great networking opportunities. The conference also allows the participating women to meet with and learn from important professionals in the private and public sectors. Through this support, more than 150 Latinas receive training to develop their leadership skills.
By supporting NHLI, we're helping Latinas develop their leadership skills, advance their careers and take part in their communities.
