The Annual Meeting of Shareholders is normally held on the second Thursday of May each year. The exact location and time are announced each year in both the Annual Report and the Proxy Statement.
All shareholders receive an annual report, notice of the annual meeting, proxy statement, and proxy voting card each April. The company does not mail quarterly financial reports or any other general mailings to shareholders.
