We are seeking exceptional candidates to join our growing autonomous vehicle business team! Autonomous vehicles are an important part of Ford’s future and we are looking for the best and brightest. The role will require critical thinking and problem solving capabilities to help make strategic decisions that will enable Ford to be a leader in autonomy, connectivity, mobility, customer experience, and analytics. As an autonomous vehicle strategy analyst you will collect, analyze, and interpret data and form actionable insights that address key strategic challenges and support development of products and services in the autonomous vehicle space.
Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data and form actionable insights that address key corporate strategic challenges and support development of products and services in the autonomous vehicle space
Take a consumer-focused, “Jobs-to-be-Done” approach to framing the business opportunity / challenge
Develop externally-informed insights that drive an enterprise wide point of view and strategic decisions
Apply consumer insights, competitive intelligence, regulatory and market trends and identify opportunities to improve or create new customer experience and business opportunities
Support development of inorganic strategic initiatives that help Ford achieve its business objectives
Actively support and/or lead, multiple projects - including detail tasks, milestones, objectives, scope, and timing
Distill data, insights, and information into compelling, easy-to-digest presentation materials
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Finance
3+ years of strategy consulting from consulting firm, experience in investment banking and/or strategy experience in a start-up, technology, or mobility solutions company
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
Strong analytical skill set including the ability to collect & quickly analyze market data and consumer data
Strong business acumen and ability to meet with senior leadership
Ability to think and act independently
Proficient in the ability to plan, organize & drive results in an unstructured environment
Demonstrated capability of oral/ written presentation skills – able to represent a concise point of view (POV) and communicate ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling manor
Ability to develop detailed financial models
