  • Develop strategic recommendations for comprehensitive growth strategy for GoRide’s NEMT business
  • Motivated to work in a start-up environment to build a new business

  • Highly adaptable, focused on solving problems and delivering results
  • Ability to thrive and lead in a dynamic team based environment
Key Deliverables for Summer:
  • Target customer and market size
  • Select top markets for
    • Understand market requirements
    • Competitive analysis per market
    • Product recommendations
    • Legal and tax requirements for business model
Essential Skills:
  • MBA (in progress)
  • Excellent research and communication skills
  • Self-starter, works well with high degree of independence and autonomy to deliver results
  • Ability to create and develop frameworks independently
Desired Experience:
  • Prior consulting or financial analysis experience preferred
  • Prior experience in healthcare a plus
Other Considerations and Complexities
  • Organization in growth mode; expectations and demands are very high
  • Structure, governance, and processes likely to remain unstable in coming months
  • New business for Ford – learning curve is steep and likely outside of comfort zone
