The Zone Manager has responsibility for achieving objectives related to Vehicle and Parts Sales, Wholesale, market share, and customer and dealer satisfaction for their assigned dealerships. The Zone Manager facilitates and influences improvements in these areas. The Zone Manager addresses customer handling process breakdowns, problems and concerns, to assist the dealer in improving the sales and service process, quality and productivity.

- Sales metrics and forecasting skills
- Consumer Experience Programs
- Merchandising/advertising support
- Financial management
- Business Operations consulting

- Willingness to relocate now and in the future
- Willingness to travel up to 4 night per week

Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree OR in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree: HS Diploma with 3+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred
- Passion for the automotive industry

- Possess a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
