Job Description The Greenfield Labs team within Ford Motor Company is working to transform the urban transportation experience. Greenfield Labs is a small, highly capable, fast moving team using design to develop and pilot new products and services to bring humanity to mobility in cities around the world. As our Office Experience Lead, you will act as the heart of the Lab, handling all aspects of day-to-day operations including but not limited to: cultural ambassadorship, office management, event management, recruitment support, scheduling and light budgeting. You will help identify opportunities to create new processes or behaviors that enable alignment, strong communication, and effective collaboration across multiple stakeholders including Lab project leaders, business partners, and with other Ford teams.

Team & Culture- Help with day-to-day operations for project teams including managing portions of the budget (e.g. team building activities, catering, travel, etc.). Encourage and develop ideas for Lab-wide team building, including ritual building; plan, budget and manage corporate and employee appreciation events and offsite activities. Design ways to surprise and delight Lab teams inside and outside of the projects. Collaborate with Lab leadership to help organize, prioritize, and execute on their commitments.
HR & Talent Support- Work with HR and other relevant teams to support with all recruitment efforts, new hire onboarding experience, contractor relationship management, candidate interviews, answering questions / assisting staff.
Office Management-Manage all administrative and organizational tasks, including scheduling/preparation for meetings, customer/executive visits, office supplies and logistics.
3+ years’ experience in an operations, office management, or executive administrative role
