Position Overview/Description:

This position is responsible for driving security awareness globally to enable a secure connected digital business. While all employees are within scope, a focus on end user cyber security awareness is emphasized. This position will research cyber security topics, develop communications and promote cyber security awareness throughout the enterprise through appropriate communication modes and channels. Driving towards a risk based culture, the employee will ensure organizational change management is embedded in the communications strategy. The candidate will also provide consultation and direction on cyber security topics related to Information Security Policy to IT and business organizations. Opportunities arise to collaborate with external organizations on various cyber security initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Understanding the role cyber security plays within a global organization
  • Understanding of IT Security Policy (ISP), security practices and risk management
  • Basic understanding of information systems and the information life cycle and associated key security challenges.
  • Strong communication, written and oral
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, follow a disciplined approach, have an analytical mindset with desire to learn and work adaptively.
  • 3+ years of learning and development experience (development of training curriculum, learning/training models)
  • Organizational Change Management knowledge

Job Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a Cyber Security role
  • 1+ years of Learning and development experience (development of training curriculum, learning/training models)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding the role cyber security plays within a global organization
  • Understanding of IT Security Policy (ISP), security practices and risk management
  • Basic understanding of information systems and the information life cycle and associated key security challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, follow a disciplined approach, have an analytical mindset with desire to learn and work adaptively.
  • Organizational Change Management knowledge
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong oral and written communication
