The Ford Smart Mobility (FSM) LLC team is working to transform the urban transportation experience. Housed within FSM LLC, Greenfield Labs is a small but highly capable and fast moving team designing, developing, shipping and testing new products and services that help people make the best of multimodal transportation systems in cities around the world. We are looking for candidates to join us in this journey to develop and deliver exciting and ground-breaking human-centered transportation products and services
As a Business Design Intern at Greenfield Labs, you will be a member of our multi-disciplinary teams creating market-leading offerings for emerging transportation services.

As a Business Design Intern at Greenfield Labs, you will be a member of our multi-disciplinary teams creating market-leading offerings for emerging transportation services.
Responsibilities
- Work with a cross-functional team to design new ventures that create new income potential for the business.
- Design new business models that enhances and extends consumer experiences while creating new opportunities for income.
- Design new products, services, and consumer experiences that differentiate the company from its competition.
- Create compelling new value propositions for customers.
- Help define product vision and own roadmap for emerging transportation products and services.
- Write detailed product requirements and user stories for the development team.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- Three years of work experience
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA or Master’s degree in a business discipline
- World-class depth in 1-2 of these areas: Product Management, Engineering, Entrepreneur, Operations, Data Science, Retail, Media, or Marketing (Product or Brand)
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment and comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams in a non-hierarchical organization
- Technical background, such as B.S. in computer science or engineering
