Accounting Analysts at Ford Motor Credit Company are offered opportunities to rotate through assignments in the Global Accounting organization that offer progressively greater challenges and increased responsibility. Each rotation will range from 2 to 5 years. It is our expectation that by the end of 10 years, successful employees will assume management responsibilities within one of the core accounting functions either domestically or overseas. This framework may vary depending on individual and business circumstances.

Corporate Financial Reporting
Accounting Policy and Special Studies
Treasury Accounting
Product Accounting
Property Accounting
Marketing and Sales Accounting
North American Payables
Receivables and Intercompany Accounting
Employee Payments Accounting
Ford Credit Accounting
Candidates can also experience assignments in the broader Finance organization which provide analysts with financial analysis experience and increased knowledge of Ford’ financial control systems.
Job Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
CPA (or similar license)
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Accounting degree or MBA
Prior Big 4 public accounting experience and/or the equivalent experience with an SEC registrant
