The ICI Analytics team is a multidisciplinary unit dedicated to the development of personalized marketing across the entire range of customer touch points with Ford and Ford Credit. We are looking for a seasoned marketing analytics practitioner to provide analytic leadership for the Intelligent Customer Interactions Analytics team.
Responsibilities will include designing highly personalized customer communications and marketing offers appropriately reflecting the customer and household’s ownership journey; developing appropriate testing methodologies to ensure optimal feedback and guidance at future interaction points; and leveraging the full range of data assets across the Ford enterprise. An important responsibility will also be to develop the analytical and business capabilities of the ICI Analytics team, while also leveraging the data and analytical resources offered by other GDI&A partners. The target candidate will be expected to play a strategic role in identifying key opportunity to guide the customer experience globally, and relentlessly advocate a human and centric perspective through all stages of the analytic design process. A key responsibility will be cultivating a healthy team culture by collaborating across the GDI&A organization and with key work partners throughout the company, including analytic, marketing, data and information technology teams.

Responsibilities:
Supervise ICI Analytics Team projects by guiding analytical design and execution
Meet with business customers to determine project needs and negotiate deliverables and timing
Ensure overall quality of ICI analytic projects with respect to data, programming, and analytic methodologies
Collaborate with other GDI&A research teams to design research programs that will support ICI deliverables
Track progress against team objectives, while guiding high-level strategic direction
Guide development of new analytic techniques or novel applications to improve the quality of the customer’s experience and Ford’s ability to leverage its data assets and business process across the full range of customer interactions
Develop the ICI Analytics team members’ technical skill sets and leverage their educational and experiential diversity to create a rich learning and development environment
Prepare and present work to cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and external audiences
Job Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Statistics, Market Research, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing or Political Science
6+ years’ experience in Marketing or Business Analytics
3+ years’ experience designing and implementing personalized marketing programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Masters or Ph.D. in Applied or Industrial Mathematics, Statistics, Market Research)
Familiarity with SAS, R, Python, SQL, and Machine Learning
Competency in and experience with project management
Automotive related analytics experience
Demonstrated commitment to continuing education of self, and others
