The Technical Support Analyst reports directly to a Commodity Team Leader and is responsible for providing on-demand technical service assistance to Ford and Lincoln Dealers.
Responsibilities:
Respond to Dealer inquiries (web and phone) on complex technical vehicle repair concerns exercising independent judgment after significant research to formulate technically accurate, professional and timely responses
Daily interface with Dealer personnel and some internal Ford Motor Company activities
Provide technical assistance and/or guidance to the other Technical Assistance Center team members when needed
Participate in calibration sessions, peer reviews, team meetings, coaching and training sessions
Report feedback and provide information on report trends and incoming technical issues to appropriate Escalated Support - Subject Matter Experts
Provide diagnostic tools and software support as required for specific commodity splits
Provide support to achieving all Technical Assistance Center objectives and metrics
Complete training (online and hands-on) as needed

Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
OR in lieu of Bachelor's degree
High School Diploma or equivalent AND 3+ years of technical work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical Automotive competency
Automotive Dealership or independent hands-on diagnostic and vehicle repair experience
Proficiency in computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated exceptional customer service
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
ASE certifications desired
Fluency in Spanish or French a plus
