The Data Supply Chain & Analytics Infrastructure team is looking for a Business Integration Analyst to assist in a single solution to manage consumer account profile data and interface between client touchpoint applications to support a global consumer experience. This position will have global impact across multiple skill teams and will drive the way we manage our customer data. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest global subject matter experts on both the business and technical teams that are transforming the automobile industry.
The Data Supply Chain & Analytics Infrastructure team is responsible for building and operating the global data storage, tooling, computational infrastructure and deliver a global customer information and analytics platform which supports a single complete actionable view of the customer
Responsibilities:
Works with various business groups in regions to support a Single, Complete, Actionable view of Ford Motor Company Customers
Drives business process change management in the region
Responsible for developing data integration processes including review and approval of business requirements
Develops use cases to drive development and prioritization of operational needs
Reviews and approves Test Scenarios and Test cases. Plans and conducts UAT
Supports Consumer Account Profile integration in the region
Supports business process change management and communication
Assists with strategy development and planning
Assists overseeing project management and meeting milestones
Interfaces with Data Operations team within the GDI&A as well as global business and IT stakeholders/partners
Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business systems, Management Information Systems, or similar field
1+ years of experience leading and participating in projects with IT dependencies
1+ years of experience in Management/project management
1+ years of experience working in large and complex projects
1+ years of experience working on global teams
3+ years of experience using ALL of the following: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business systems, Management Information Systems, or similar field.
1+ years of experience in the Customer Interactions (CRM) area
3+ years of experience in Automotive Industry
Database management experience a plus
1+ years of experience with launching/enhancing website functionality
Prior experience with Ford Motor Company consumer websites a plus
Experience working with diverse global teams a plus
Good oral and written communication skills
