Jeffrey Shen became President of Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Co., Ltd. (CFMA) on January 1, 2007. Prior to this, he was President of Ford Lio Ho (FLH), located in Chung Li, Taiwan, starting from December 1, 2001.
Jeffrey joined FLH in 1976 and became Engine Engineering Supervisor in 1980. After this, he held a variety of manufacturing and product development management positions before being promoted to Product Development Director in May 1990. In June 1997, he was appointed the Vice President of Ford Customer Service Division.
When FLH took over the Mazda distribution rights in Taiwan in June, 1998, Jeffrey became the first Managing Director of Mazda Taiwan. In May, 1999, he was appointed as the Marketing and Sales Vice President of Ford brand in FLH. In December 2001, he became the first local President of FLH.
Jeffrey was born in January, 1951 in Taiwan. He received a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Cheng Kong University in 1974 and an EMBA certificate of the Executive Program from the University of Michigan in 1996.
