In this role, he oversees labor policy and negotiations covering the company's approximately 235,000 hourly employees worldwide. He has responsibility for health care management and the Company's collective bargaining with unions worldwide. He reports to Joe Laymon, group vice president, Corporate Human Resources and Labor Affairs. Martin (Marty) J.
