MUSICIAN-ACTRESS KATE VOEGELE PLUGS FORD’S TEEN SAFE DRIVING MESSAGEKate Voegele, a recording artist and guest star of TV's "One Tree Hill," has joined forces with the Ford Motor Company Fund, the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), RADD - the entertainment industry's voice for road safety - and The Allstate Foundation to encourage teens to drive safely during prom season. The goal is to continue the safety improvements that resulted in a dramatic 61 percent drop in teen auto fatalities in Illinois from 57 in Jan. 1 - April 15, 2007 to 22 during the same period this year. |
