FORD AND CHINA JOINT VENTURES DONATE ADDITIONAL 1.7 MILLION RMB TO EARTHQUAKE RELIEF EFFORTSFord Motor Company today announced that it will donate an additional 1.7 million RMB towards the ongoing earthquake relief efforts in China, bringing its total donations to nearly 7 million RMB. The additional funds include 1.3 million RMB donated by employees of Ford Motor China, its joint-venture partners in China, and the Company's global workforce, plus a match of 400,000 RMB in funds by the Ford Fund's Global Giving that were contributed via www.globalgiving.com/ford. |
