The
materials in this collection pertain to the corporate
administration of the Ford Motor Company. It includes
records from key executives as well as Ford family members
who ran the company. General records include official
minutes of stockholders and directors meetings as recorded
by the company secretary, personal and company correspondence,
financial reports, summary reports, corporate structure
and changes, and similar general policy proceedings.
Of particular importance are the office papers of Henry
Ford, Edsel B. Ford, Henry Ford II, Benson Ford and William
Clay Ford Sr. The papers of Henry and Edsel include
topics relating to both personal and corporate matters.
