Roadside Assistance for Ford, Lincoln and Mercury Vehicles

Nobody wants to be stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire or an empty gas tank. But if you do need help, our Roadside Assistance crew is there for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Help When You Need It Most

If you get stuck on the road, contact Roadside Assistance for help with the following situations:

  • Mount your spare if you have a flat tire.
  • Jump-start your battery.
  • Unlock your vehicle if you are locked out (doesn’t include the cost of making spare keys).
  • Bring you fuel if you run out, up to 2 times in a 12-month period. Delivery includes up to 2 gallons of gas or 5 gallons of diesel fuel.
  • Tow your vehicle if you are stranded or have been in an accident to the nearest qualified Ford or Lincoln-Mercury dealer within 35 miles.
  • Pull you out of a tough spot. If our vehicle can stay on a paved or county-maintained surface road, we’ll pull an eligible vehicle up to 100 feet using cables, chains or ropes.

After you call Roadside Assistance, a customer service representative will contact a service provider close to your location to get you help as quickly as possible. As a member, these services are provided at no cost.
